After a long day of studying for Sam he arrived home and the Christmas decorations came out. He and Bails went out to the shed to pull all the boxes in and then set up the tree. Hazel and I opted for the easier tasks of opening the boxes and setting up the decorations on various shelves and the tree.
Bailey really is a very hard, determined worker when she wants to be. She helped pull the ornaments out and in between bowling sessions she stuck them all on the tree by herself. She was so hard at work she hardly noticed as I went around and moved everything up about three feet after she had placed them.
Our ornaments like to cuddle...
After awhile she did begin to notice the ornaments were just barely out of reach, so she pulled her little chair over so she could continue to help/play with them. Her favorite ones by far were the "baby" ones which also happened to be the glass bulbs. Lucky us. After five years of not breaking a single one we have officially lost 2 this year and we happened to slice open Hazel's finger in the process.
And it really wouldn't be my Bay if we didn't get one goofy face when prompted to smile.
Merry Christmas!
