Although ponytails are still out of the question, the Bailey monster will usually let me run a comb through her wild locks and put it either a headband or barrette. Even though she usually removes the item after I do it so she can place it on her head herself, I will take the improvement of not being allowed to touch her head at all.
Today she had to steal Hazel's headband too and double band it. That's my girl.
