Sam and the little girls headed out to the backyard to do some hard work (one of Bailey's favorites). They got their rakes and shovels and cleaned up all the leaves. After awhile the girls decided to take a break and play hide n seek...which basically means they take turns counting while the other walks into the center of the pile of leaves and crouches down quietly. Then when the other one is finished counting there is a lot of giggling and squealing and then the entire process starts over. I am glad they have each other.
There was also the tough process of smashing the leaves into the trash cans. Sam, being the fantastic problem solver that he is, came up with this solution...
Our professional trash can stompers. It worked like a charm.
And Sam is that much closer to his pull up goals; a win-win.
