It was definitely no state fair, but we ventured out anyway to the county fair. Apparently the geese weren't enough animal fill for us for the week.

We saw some sheep. Bailey was much braver this time around; until he started bleating and then she got scared and started holding onto me for dear life. I was more scared about all the wet spots on the ground. The smell in that place left no room for comfort that they were just puddles of water. Let alone the piles of poop and flies swarming the area.

No worries. The little lamb didn't lick her. And if it did I had buckets of hand sanitizer in the diaper bag.

The lazy hogs. Bails was less than impressed. I don't blame her. It's not that exciting watching a large pink thing lay around in the mud and snore.

This room was full of rabbits and chickens. She kept trying to stick her fingers through the cage and poke the animals.

Our next venture was over to the petting zoo. I opted out of this one and took over camera duty. There was a little too much animal freedom for my liking.

Talk about meeting the animals face to face.

A small glimpse that she actually did care to see some animals.

Who doesn't love a donkey.

the llama/camel.

And of course the zebra. Every time I look at this picture I think of swiss family robinson when they pull the zebra out of the quicksand. I blame Sam for making me watch that movie the other day.

And after a long day out this one was exhausted. Sam is jealous because even he doesn't get to lay on my pillows.
